Russell M Webb

Russell M. Webb III is an attorney with the law firm of Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP. His practice areas include residential and commercial real estate development, land use and zoning, construction law and litigation, and business transactions and contracts. Russ received a B.S. degree from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University – Bloomington and J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. He is admitted in the Indiana Supreme Court and U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Russ is an author and lecturer on construction and real estate law topics and has recently achieved accreditation as a LEED AP.

Russ is a member of the American Bar Association (Forum on the Construction Industry, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Business Law Section), the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association (Land Use and Zoning Section - Executive Committee), the Hendricks County Bar Association, the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS - Residential Safety Council) and the U.S. Green Building Council.
